Finding a therapist who works with children and adolescents can be hard to come by. Therapeutic approaches are different when working with kids. We’ll use play therapy, interactive games/activities to promote emotional wellness, movement, etc. in order to make the therapeutic process comfortable and welcoming for your kiddos.
Becoming a mom put a lot into perspective on the wellness and care women are offered during the postpartum period. I enjoy working with women who are going through that period of their life and/or any and all transitional phases life can throw us as women.

Through life transition coaching, we can identify the areas of struggle and find short term solutions to some of the concerns you are having in adjusting to this new phase of life.

53+ minute psychotherapy session.
45-52 minute psychotherapy session.
